Ingredients
- 3 pkgs hot dogs, cut in small pieces or use cocktail wieners or smokey links
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 24-oz. ketchup
- 1 Tbs. mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Put hot dogs in bowl and cover with bourbon. Let marinate for 2 hours. The hot dogs will plump up. Brown the chopped onion in butter. Mix with the mustard, brown sugar and ketchup. Put mixture in crock pot and add the marinated hot dogs with a little extra bourbon (to taste). Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
