Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage & partially drain. Turn heat down to low & add cheese and tomatoes. Mix well. Pour into 9" plate. Microwave 5 mins. before serving. Serve with Scoops.
