Black Olive Marinade*

Ingredients

  • 1 can black olives, drained
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano or basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all in covered container. Shake to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 1 month. Serve at room temperature. Can also be sliced into a salad.
