    can Mexi-Corn, undrained

    oz sour cream

  • 1

    cup mayo

  • juice from 1 lime

  • 1

    bunch cilantro

  • 4

    stalks green onions, chopped

    tsp cumin

  • 1

    tsp cayenne

  • 2

    cups Mexican blend shredded cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, except cheese. Then stir in cheese. Refrigerate overnight & serve cold with tortilla chips.
