Corn on the Cob
Corn is done in microwave. So sweet and tender.
- 2 ears corn (or what ever you need)
Do not remove husks..Place ears on paper towel. Place them small end next to big end( this is alternating size) to cook evenly. Put 2 ears in microwave, for 8 min. Use a pot holder to pick ears up..cut bottoms off a little into the bottoms to release the corn. From silk end squeeze and push the ear, it will come out the other end..silk free and wonderful.
