Scalloped Potatoes & Ham*

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 potatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Layer one ingredient at a time, starting with potatoes, ham, onion & cheese in a 5 quart slow cooker. When done layering pour soup over all, do not mix. cook on high for 5 hours, or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
