Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 gram acai powder
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings or 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 4 oz carton vanilla yogurt
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
