Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 gram acai powder
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings or 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 4 oz carton vanilla yogurt
- sprinkle of cinnamon
