Coriander Chutney - Whole Foods (Simple)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped coriander (include stems)
  • 1/2 jalepeno, or more if you like it spicy
  • 1 1/2 TBS lemon juice
  • 1/2 ts salt or less
  • 1 ts ground roasted cumin
  • freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth paste.
Store in a non reactive container.
