Grilled Herbed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 T dried thyme
  • 1 T dried oregano
  • 1 T ground cumin
  • 1 T paprika
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 10 chicken thighs (~3 lbs)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Rinse chicken, and pat dry; rub mixture evenly over chicken. Place chicken in a ziploc bag. Chill for 4 hrs.

2. Grill, over med high heat (350-400) 8 to 10 mins on each side.

3. Serve with White BBQ sauce.
