Jalepeno Crab Rangoon

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Package of Cream Cheese
  • 1 Pack of Wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz. Package of flake imitation crab meat.
  • 1 Jalepeno Pepper
  • 1 Clove of Garlic.

Preparation

Step 1

You will need a mixing bowl and a small bowl with water in it. You will also require a deep frier.

Set deep fryer to top temperature. Cut up about half a jalepeno pepper. Combine the pepper, the chopped clove of garlic, the cream cheese and the crab meat. Season to taste at this point.

Lay out the tiny squares of wonton wrapper. you can either fold in triangle or fold the four corners up. Either way lightly dip your fingers in the water and use to seal your rangoon.

Once you have all this together place on fryer basket and fry until lightly brown. (I hold them in, count for 20 seconds, let them get some air, then dip for another 10-15 seconds)
