Ingredients
- frozen corn 1 c
- corn meal mix 1C
- buttermilk 1/2 C
- boiling water 1/2 C
- green chilies 4.5 oz can 1
- oil
- cumin 1/4 tsp
- butter
Preparation
Step 1
whisk together corn, corn meal, buttermilk, water, chilies, cumin
heat oil in frying pan
spoon batter onto griddle making fist size cakes
cook until lightly brown on both sides
serve with butter
serve with ham & eggs
