Mini Apple Pies

By

Can be made with the help of children 5 years and older. (I think younger ones could do this with the help of an adult.)

Preparation

Step 1

Spray the baking sheet with non-stick oil. Fill each tortilla with a few scoops of pie filling. Fold the ends of the tortilla in toward the middle and roll the tortilla. Set each one on the baking sheet. Bake the apple pies for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. You can also use crescent roll dough instead of the tortillas. Just fill, fold, crease, and bake according to the directions on the package.

While the mini apple pies are baking and cooling, prepare the icing. Pour 1/4 cup of powdered sugar into a bowl with a few drops of water.

Mix until all of the powdered sugar is dissolved and it is the thickness of a glaze.

Drizzle the icing over the mini apple pies.

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the iced apple pies and serve. What a special treat for our family for dessert!
