Instant Pot Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 4-5lb Pork Shoulder
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Seasoned Salt
  • Cole Slaw
  • Buns

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together the ketchup, vinegar and Worcestershire and set aside.
Mix together the spices and rub into the meat on both sides.
Put the meat in the Instant Pot.
Pour the sauce you made over the meat and set to the IP to manual, pressure, high, for 90 minutes.
Close the steam valve.
When done do a slow release on the steam valve and carefully lift lid. Shred pork with 2 forks and serve on buns with coleslaw for sandwiches.
