Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- Cheddar cheese to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Remove from heat, stir in flour and salt until it is smooth. Slowly stir in 1 cup milk, until well blended. Return to heat. Add cheese, stir until this all comes to boil and is thick. Remove from heat.
