Strawberry S’mores Skillet Cookie

Strawberry pie filling and toasted marshmallows add a fun topping to this giant chocolate chip skookie. Baking the cookie dough in a skillet makes it so fun to serve for dessert!

Ingredients
- 1 - 16 ounce package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 - 21 ounce can strawberry pie filling
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Press the cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 10 inch cast iron skillet.
Open the pie filling and use a fork to smash the bigger berries. Spread over the cookie dough.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove and top with the marshmallows. Place in the oven and bake another 3 minutes, then turn the oven to broil and continue for another 1-2 minutes. Watch the marshmallows carefully, so they do not burn. Remove and cool slightly.
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir until creamy. Place in a plastic baggie and cut off one tip. Drizzle over the toasted marshmallows. Serve with bowls and spoons. Makes 1 skillet cookie.
