In order to get a really creamy tasting fudge, that is not gritty, only high quality ingredients should be used.

Ingredients
- 5 cups white sugar
- 12 oz. can of evaporated milk
- 12 oz. jar marshmallow cream
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 22 oz. bag chocolate chips (butterscotch, mint chocolate or white
- chocolate can be used for a different taste)
- butter for greasing the dish

Step 1
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan. Stir constantly while bringing to a boil. Allow to boil until it reaches the soft ball stage (approx. 235 degrees).
Remove from heat and add vanilla and chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
Pour the fudge into 2 buttered 9" x 9" pans or 1 9" x 13" pan.
Cool until firm and then cut into pieces.
