Deconstructed Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced, cooked chicken (Rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of choice (I use a blend of jack and cheddar)
  • 1-1/2 cups, diced, cooked, drained baco1 bunch sliced scallions
  • 1 box Stove Top dressing cooked according to box directions

Preparation

Step 1


Lay chicken in bottom of 9" Pyrex dish.
Mix sour cream with scallions and bacon. Spread over chicken.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over sour cream.
Top with cooked stuffing.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or, until heated throughout.
