Ingredients

  • 20 to 30 skinned to tomatoes
  • 2 pounds of onions
  • 2 large green peppers
  • 1 large yellow pepper
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 3 jalapeños .
  • 1 large bunch of cilantro
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup 5% apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cans tomatoe paste
