Pecan Chews

Ingredients

• 1 C melted butter
• 3 C brown sugar
• 4 beaten eggs
• 1 t salt
• 1 t baking soda
• 3 t vanilla
• 2 C finely chopped pecans
• 4 C flour

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and add brown sugar. Mix well and let cool. Add beaten eggs and mix. Add salt, baking soda, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Add flour and mix well.

Form dough into balls the size of walnuts. Place on greased cookie sheet. Press down slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute on cookie sheet.
