Ingredients
- 2 c chicken breast cooked
- 1 c carrot chopped
- 1 c celery chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 96 oz chicken broth
- 2 lb gnocchi
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1 dash lemon pepper

Step 1
Cut the chicken into bite sized chunks. This gives a more seasoned coverage to the chicken. Put in skillet, adding some garlic salt and lemon pepper. Brown chicken adding a little chicken broth at a time until it evaporates, then adding a little more. Continue this process until the chicken pieces have browned and are a little crispy.
In a large pot, pour in the broth and the soup and whisk together until blended. Next add carrots, celery and browned chicken. Bring to a boil for five minutes, then reduce to medium, stirring occasionally for one hour. Add the gnocchi and continue cooking for 15 more minutes. Season with salt and lemon pepper.
