Ingredients
- Graham cracker crust(enough to cover bottom of 9x13 pan)--1/4 c. melted margarine or butter mix with graham cracker crumbs
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 c. whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Press graham cracker mixture into 9 x 13 pan.
Dissolve jello into boiled water and set in a bowl of ice water to begin thickening.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla together.
Whip the cream until thickened.
Add cream cheese mixture and slightly thickened jello mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Pour over graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with chilled pie filling or fresh fruit--any flavor
