Steak and Vegetable Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 1" cubes
  • 8 1" pieces yellow, orange or green bell pepper
  • 8 small mushrooms
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Divide pieces of meat and vegetables evenly among 4 skewers. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Grill about 10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking, turning once. If you'd like to broil these instead, preheat broiler, place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray and broil 10 minutes or until done. Serve with a serving of cooked brown rice.
