Slow Cooker Chicken and Kielbasa Soup

Ingredients
- 20 ounces boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes, un-drained
- 1 (14.5-oz.) can low sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (or to taste)
- 1/2 pound cooked turkey kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup frozen bell peppers and onions stir-fry, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine chicken, tomatoes, broth, water and hot sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Stir in kielbasa and stir-fry vegetables. Raise heat setting to HIGH; cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
LC SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve a big green salad on the side.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Add whole grain rolls and butter.

GLUTEN FREE: Make sure canned tomatoes, broth, hot sauce and kielbasa are gluten free.
