Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together. Beat egg and milk together. Add to dry ingredients. Have chicken or other broth boiling. Drop by teaspoonfuls into broth. Cover and cook 12 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE LID WHILE COOKING.
