Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar (red wine, or raspberry, or balsamic are good too!)
- 1 tsp. fresh tarragon, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, finely sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
