CORN FLAKES COOKIES

  • 3 Macintosh toffee bars (45 g each)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp cream or milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 3 cups Corn Flakes, slightly crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, cream and toffee bars on medium heat, stirring constantly until toffee bars are melted. Remove from heat. Add coconut and Corn Flakes, and stir until well mixed. Let cool slightly.

Grease hands with butter. Shape mixture into 2" balls, and place on wax paper until firm.
