Ingredients
- 16 oz. bag collard greens, washed and trimmed.
- 1 lb. smoked turkey wings, or your favorite seasoning meat (I used ham pieces)
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup chicken broth
- (I use 4 cups water and 2 packets of chicken broth - Goya powdered chicken broth
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 T. cidar vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, add all ingredients. Cover and cook slow until tender. 2-3 hours.
I use 2 lbs. of greens with the above ingredients.
