Mincemeat Pie

Ingredients

• 1 large can evaporated milk
• 1/2 can water
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 egg yolks
• 3 Tablespoons Flour
• 1 box mincemeat

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar, and add Milk and water and egg yolks. Cook until thick then add vanilla and the mincemeat that has been broken int pieces. pour into pie shell.Top with egg whites that have been beaten with 2 Tablespoon Sugar. Brownin 350 degree oven.
