EASY RICE PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1⁄3 cup sugar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the above in a heavy bottom sauce pan.
Bring to a gentle boil over medium low heat. stir often to make sure it doesn't burn.
Cook for 15-20 min., or until thickened.
Let cool for 10 minute.
Serve hot or cold, and enjoy!
