PINA COLADA CREAM CHEESE CAKE

  • 2 8oz. Blocks of cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of non alcoholic piña colada mix
  • Pineapple chunks for decoration
  • Mix until smooth

Preparation

Step 1


Crust
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 Tablespoon sugar
Mix until combined, press in a 9 inch spring form pan and bake for 15 minutes

Then pour cream cheese mixture on top of crust and bake in a water bath at 325 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. It will be a little jiggle in the middle but it's fine. Refrigerate over night (if you can) and then decorate with fresh pineapple chunks. Enjoy!
