Ingredients
- 3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 3-6 drops liquid stevia (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Over medium low heat, melt butter in a 12-16" skillet.
Add coconut flakes to melted butter, and stir to coat.
Continue stirring until coconut has turned a light golden color, being careful not to burn*.
Once uniformly toasted, let cool, or add directly to a Vitamix container, Magic Bullet, or other high speed blender.
Blend to liquefy.
Pour contents into molds and refrigerate until hard.
Remove from molds and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator or freezer.
