Chocolate Chip Crunch Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 C. melted butter
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 2 t. baking soda
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 1/2 C. flour
  • 2 C. crushed corn flakes
  • 1-2 C. chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Add sugars to melted butter. Add baking soda, salt, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Add flour. Add crushed corn flakes and chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.

Form into walnut sized balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Press down slightly.

Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets and remove to cooling rack.

If cookies spread out too much, reduce heat to 350 degrees and do not flatten.
