Healthy Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey or lean ground buffalo
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp. sugar-free barbecue sauce (salt & pepper works too)
  • cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients and roll into 1" balls. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes, flip the meatballs and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
