Ingredients
- 1/4 c chicken broth
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 teas balsamic vinegar
- 1 teas fresh thyme
- 1/4 teas salt
- 1/4 teas pepper
- 4 portabella mushrooms, stems discarded
Preparation
Step 1
Clean mushrooms and discard stems. Mix the marinade ingredients together and add the mushrooms. Spoon marinade over mushrooms cap side down. Marinate all day and then grill until tender. To serve put mayonnaise on a hamburger bun add a mushroom and add a slice of onion. Eat like a hamburger.
