Ingredients

    Box Yellow Cake Mix

  • 2/3

    Cup Vegetable Oil

  • 4

    Eggs

  • 1

    (11 oz.) Can Mandarin Oranges (not drained)

  • Frosting:

  • Small Box Vanilla Instant Pudding

  • 1

    Large Can Crushed Pineapple (drain about 1/2 the liquid)

  • 1

    Medium Container Cool Whip

Directions

Mix the yellow cake mix, oil, eggs, and undrained Mandarin oranges. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13" pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cake cool in pan. For frosting: Combine pudding mix with pineapple (1/2 drained). Place in refrigerator for about 1/2 hour. Then fold in Cool Whip and mix well. Pour over cooled cake and serve. Store in refrigerator.
