Ingredients
- 3 Onions, chopped
- 4 Ribs Celery diced
- 1 Tbs. Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 4 Large Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs
- Corn
- 1 Tbs. Butter
- 3 Cups Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes until tender (about 25 minutes) in enough water to cover. Add celery and onion the last 10 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients, adding eggs last.
