Ingredients
- 1 lbs Dry Ziti Pasta
- 1 ea. Chopp’d Onion
- 1 lbs Ground Something
- 1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 6 oz Provolone Cheese - Slic’d
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 6 oz Mozzarella Cheese - Shred3
- 2 tsp Grat’d Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Bring pot of Salty H2O to a boil. Add Pasta & cook until al danté ~ 8 minutes. Drain.
2.) In Lrg. skillet, brown Onion & Ground Beef over Med. heat. After browned, add Spaghetti sauce & Simmer for 15 minutes.
3.) PreHeat oven to 350°. Butter or spray 9x13" baking dish. Layer 1/2 Ziti, Provolone, Sour Cream, 1/2 Sauce, 1/2 Ziti, Mozzarella & remaining sauce. Top w/ Parmesan cheese.
4.) Bake for 30 minutes.
