Best Clam/Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
- Coffee Cream 18%
- Mixed Clams - {Sobey's approx 13 bucks/can)
- 3 Scoops of flour
- Butter
- Potatoes diced small pieces - pre-cook firm
- 3 tbs Celery seeds
- chopped onions
- chopped celery
- powder chicken broth - 3 heaping tbls
- salt n pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Fry onion and celery in butter
Stir in flour
Add coffee cream
Add chicken broth, celery seed
Add clams (and any white firm fish, scallops etc for fish chowder)
Add potatoes
Make day before for better flavour
Serve and sprinkle with paprika
