Ingredients
- 6 (4-oz.) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 medium unpeeled Russet potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 (12-oz.) jar home-style chicken gravy
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
- Aluminum foil wrap
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange chicken and veggies in baking dish. In a small bowl, combine gravy, Worcestershire sauce, sage and garlic-pepper blend; pour over chicken and veggies. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked through.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Add steamed broccoli.
VEGETARIAN: Use non-breaded faux chicken patties and vegetarian Worcestershire sauce.
KOSHER: Use vegetarian Worcestershire sauce.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure gravy, Worcestershire sauce and garlic-pepper blend are gluten free.
