- tsp kosher salt
- FOR THE BREAD, COMBINE:
- 1 1
- TBL grated parmesan
- 1 1
- TBL EVOO
- 1 1
- tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 1/4
- tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 1/4
- tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 4
- slices italian baguette (1/2" thick)
Preparation
Step 1
preheat broiler w/ oven rack 6” from element
for the butter, puree:
all ingredients in food processor until consistency of butter, 1 minute
for the bread:
combine all ingredients
spread bread w/ mixture
place on foil-lined baking sheet
broil bread until lightly toasted, abt 1 min
serve bread w/ avocado butter
garnish w/ jalapeno slices
