Ingredients
- 16-ounce can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) 1-1/2 Tbsp lemon juice 3/4 cup plain, non-fat yogurt 1 tsp chopped garlic 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and rinse the beans.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasonings to taste. Add cumin or ground red pepper if desired.
