Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey breakfast sausage
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, basil, sage, thyme, garlic, or your favorite - (up to 1 tspn)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Combine all ingredients to form a meatloaf-type consistency. Place in ring (gelatin mold) which has been coated with non-stick cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before cooking, remove the mold and place the sausage on a baking rack in a shallow pan or on a broiler pan. Cook for 45 minutes uncovered, the final 10 to 15 minutes, cover with foil. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees. Your guests will love it!
