Ingredients
- 3 (10 oz.) boxes frozen peas
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place frozen peas, water. and salt in a medium saucepan over high heat. Cook until peas are thawed, about 5 minutes. Drain peas and place in a bowl.
2. In the saucepan, combine honey and cinnamon, and melt over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Pour over peas and stir to combine.
3. Chill peas in refrigerator until ready to serve.
