Ingredients
- 2 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 4 squares (4 oz) bakers premium white baking chocolate, chopped, divided (2/3 C) or 2/3 C white chocolate chips, divided
- 1 ready to use chocolate flavor crumb crust(6oz or 9")
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, sugar & vanillla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs; mix until blended.
Stir in 1/3 C of the white chocolate.
Pour into crust.
Sprinkle with remaining white chocolate.
Bake at 350* for 35 mins or until center is almost set.
Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Garnish with chocolate curls & unsweetened cocoa.
Store in refrigerator.
