Cafe Mocha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. half and half
  • 2 Tb. brown sugar
  • 2 c. strongly brewed coffee, or expresso
  • 1/4 c. chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. whiskey, opt.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat half and half in a saucepan over medium-high heat. (Do NOT Boil.) Remove from heat; stir in brown sugar, next 3 ingredients, and, if desired, whiskey. Serve warm or over ice.
