Ingredients

  • 2 lb dough
  • 1/2 lb pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 lb spinach
  • 1 small can chopped olives
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (8 oz) Package Mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • Oregano
  • Chopped onion
  • Italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Let dough rise. Boil and drain spinach. Flour and roll dough into a big thin square. Spread lightly with oil. Lay pepperoni evenly, covering all dough. Cut cheese into slices. Scatter cheese, spinach, olives, and mushrooms, and seasoning; roll long way, making sure seam is on bottom. Cut slit on top several times. Neatly knead ends together. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes until crisp.
