  • Pineapple marinade

Step 1

Rub pork with Hogs N Heat. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Preheat oven to 225. Place pork butt in roasting pan. Brush with pineapple marinade. Can baste with pineapple marinade throughout the baking process. Bake until it reaches 195-205 degrees. Or bakes 1.5 lbs. per hour. (Appx. 10 to 12 hours).
