Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 tbsp. lemon juice-grated lemon rind
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter with flour and powdered sugar. Pat into bottom of 13x9" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350F. Sift sugar, 4 tbsp. flour and baking powder. Add beaten eggs, juice and rind. Pour into baked crust and bake 25 minutes more. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
