Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast tenders, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 ounces whole mushrooms
- 1/4 cup light Italian salad dressing
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven broiler. On each of four 11-inch metal skewers, alternately thread chicken, bell pepper and mushrooms, leaving a 1/2-inch space between each piece. Brush kabobs with dressing and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Broil kabobs for 9 to 11 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in the center. Sprinkle immediately with cheese. Serve kabobs with warm sauce.
