Ingredients
- 1 can (14 ounces) low-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup refrigerated egg substitute
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1 8-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
- 1 container (8 ounces) light frozen whipped topping, thawed

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325 degree F. In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg substitute, and egg yolk. Mix well. Whisk in lime juice and lime peel until combined.
2. Pour filling into pie crust Bake until filling is set, about 30 minutes.
3. Place pie on a wire rack and cool for 5 minutes. Chill pie in the refrigerator until completely cooled, about 2 hours or overnight. Spread whipped topping over pie just before serving.
